Jim is living close to his family while working in a job he can love.

Jim grew up in Fulton County and after high school, attended FMCC. He stayed close, attending St. Rose in Albany, where he received a degree in business administration with a minor in marketing. Through internships, Jim gained a wealth of experience working for Quandt's Foodservice Distributors and Saratoga Gaming and Raceway.

Jim spent a summer working with MINAE, an organization that manages the National Parks and Wildlife Refuges in Costa Rica. The experience was far from life in Upstate NY, as he and team members helped endangered wild life and cleaned up the shore line. But, being around family won out. Jim started his first job with WB Mason, and he's been there ever since. "I love it," he says of being an account executive, selling office supplies to area businesses. "My family is from the Fulton-Montgomery area, and I look to stay close to the Sacandaga Lake for the rest of my life," he says. WIth opportunities like this, he'll be able to do just that.
